A campanha tem como objetivo alertar sobre a import\u00e2ncia da <strong data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"332\">preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"359\">doen\u00e7as ocupacionais<\/strong>, promovendo ambientes de trabalho mais seguros e saud\u00e1veis.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"854\">Criado pelo <strong data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"506\">SINTESPAR (Sindicato dos T\u00e9cnicos de Seguran\u00e7a do Trabalho do Paran\u00e1)<\/strong>, sob a lideran\u00e7a de <strong data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"544\">Adir de Souza<\/strong>, o movimento nasceu com o prop\u00f3sito de dar visibilidade a uma causa muitas vezes negligenciada: a seguran\u00e7a dos trabalhadores. Abril foi escolhido por abrigar o <strong data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"754\">Dia Mundial da Seguran\u00e7a e Sa\u00fade no Trabalho<\/strong>, comemorado em <strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"785\">28 de abril<\/strong>, e tamb\u00e9m como forma de homenagear as v\u00edtimas de acidentes laborais.<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"1187\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1187\">\u201cO Abril Verde nasceu da necessidade de dar visibilidade a um problema grave e muitas vezes negligenciado: a seguran\u00e7a no ambiente de trabalho. Nossa miss\u00e3o \u00e9 educar, mobilizar e incentivar empresas e trabalhadores a adotarem pr\u00e1ticas mais seguras, porque a preven\u00e7\u00e3o salva vidas\u201d, destaca Adir de Souza, presidente do SINTESPAR.<\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1528\">De acordo com a <strong data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1252\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Trabalho (OIT)<\/strong>, milh\u00f5es de trabalhadores ao redor do mundo sofrem acidentes ou adoecem devido a condi\u00e7\u00f5es inadequadas no ambiente profissional. No Brasil, o <strong data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1435\">Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Previd\u00eancia<\/strong>, o <strong data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1447\">SESI<\/strong> e diversas entidades se mobilizam com a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1527\">cultura da preven\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1783\">Agora que o Abril Verde come\u00e7ou, empresas e institui\u00e7\u00f5es d\u00e3o in\u00edcio \u00e0s atividades como <strong data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1630\">palestras<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1648\">treinamentos<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1672\">campanhas internas<\/strong>, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia do uso correto de <strong data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1725\">EPIs<\/strong>, treinamentos cont\u00ednuos e <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1782\">boas pr\u00e1ticas de ergonomia<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1954\">A mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o cresce a cada ano, e a expectativa \u00e9 que o <strong data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1862\">Abril Verde 2025<\/strong> tenha ainda mais engajamento.
